Bugfix Update

Hello!

After the launch of this game, a few bugs have appeared here and there.
This new version removes some of them including the following:

• Tower of Hanoi game only working with controller
• Paddling and using items at the same time resulting in issues
• Throwing spears crashing the game
• Not being able to throw spears from on a raft
• And more!
